	IN THE NEWS THE SEATTLE TIMES Monday , July 28, 2008: " Larcy Douglas, of Puyallup, performs the dance Suaakasu with members of PAYO, the Pilipino American Youth Organization, of Tacoma. The group was attending the 19th annual festival of Pista sa Nayon, honoring the cultural heritage of Filipino Americans, Sunday at Seward Park Amphitheater in Seattle. Each year close to 15,000 gather to celebrate the festival, which consists of music, dance, entertainment, food vendors, arts and crafts. Pista sa Nayon is a summertime tradition that displays and celebrates the values of family, friends and community."
